Jiaxing Huawen Chemical Co. Ltd., is a professional technology enterprise, engaged in research, product development, production and supply of styrene and maleic anhydride copolymer, heat resistant modifier for ABS, maleic anhydride and GMA grafting compatibilizer and new rare earth material. It is an internationally leading manufacturer of SMA resin and heat resistant modifier for ABS.

Huawen has always focused on promoting technological innovation through special functional products and professional technical services to meet customers different demands. Huawen’s functional resin products are mainly used as plastic alloy compatibilizer, chain extender for nylon, heat resistant modifier for ABS,reactive heat stabilizer, and compatibilizer for glass fiber reinforced materials. Besides, Huawen’s functional resin products can be used as dispersant for pigment, adhesive additive, epoxy curing agent and paper sizing agent, which is specially suitable for fields with high requirements for odor, residue, stability, and functionality.Huawen's rare earth products are mainly used in the field of petrochemical catalysts.

Huawen is committed to becoming an expert supplier of functional polymers. At present, it has formed a production capacity of 13000 tons of functional resin produced by polymerization and 12000 tons of functional resin produced by extrusion.In the future, we will continue to innovate in the fields of efficient rare earth catalyst technology, styrene functionalized polymerization technology, and functionalized material extrusion reaction technology through our own research and development center, application evaluation center, as well as domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, and other platforms. We will develop and produce more products that meet the differentiated needs of our customers.

With a total investment of around RMB10 Millions, we had our own sewage treatment plant, introduced the most advanced waste gaspurification unit-RTO and with green coverage rate over 24%. History

Start-up phase(2001-2014)

2001 In 2001, Shanghai Funaxin Rare Earth Materials Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in the production of new rare earth catalyst materials.

2004 In 2004, Shanghai Huawen Electronic New Materials Co., Ltd. was established with an annual output of 1,000 tons of SMA resin.

2013 In 2013, new SMA equipment was put into operation with an annual output of 2,000 tons and a total capacity of 3,000 tons.

Construction period(2015-2017)

2015 In 2015, Jiaxing Huawen Chemical Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly foreign-owned (British) enterprise with a registered capital of US$10 million and a total investment of US$24 million.

2016 Jiaxing new factory construction

2017 Jiaxing new factory officially started production on June 6
